Job Description

The Customer Support agent will primarily interface with customers by receiving inbound or making outbound calls to both residential and business customers with either an update on their missing parcel(s), or to close a case. THIS IS NOT A SALES JOB

This position is open to Southeast Tennessee/North Georgia residents ONLY.

This will start as a remote position, with computer equipment provided by Concentrix, and with the understanding that the employee will start by working from their home but will return to on-site program procedures and work schedules once the site is reopened. Employees are also responsible for providing their own high-speed internet connections.

Training times are as follows: Monday-Friday from 12pm to 8pm (EST).

Production times based on client demand for an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am - 10pm, Monday - Saturday.

Job Description:

  • Both inbound & outbound calls are made and received from customers regarding their parcel pickup, delivery and tracing information.

  • Agents will make outbound calls to both residential and business customers with either an update on their missing parcel or to close a case.

  • Accurate and detailed data entry skills are required. Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills are required.

  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.

  • Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.

  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks to utilize time efficiency.

  • Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.

  • Use decision-support tools to respond to common customer work/service order inquiries and requests. THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION.

This Role offers the following benefits:

  • $12.00 per hour + Monthly Performance Payout

  • $.50 shift differential

  • 5-6 Weeks of Paid Training/ Transition

  • Training/Transition Hours are Monday-Friday from 12pm to 8pm.

  • Production is Monday- Saturday during the hours of operation (7am to 10pm); employees are required to be flexible to work within any/all hours of operation

  • Full Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision after 90 days. Tuition Reimbursement & 401 K

Requirements/Preferences

  • 6 months of Customer Service background preferred.

  • Ability to work schedules during all hours of operation.

  • Clear and articulate communication skills.

  • Demonstrate proficiency with computer navigation using multiple tabs on dual monitors.

  • Strong data entry, grammar and accurate spelling proficiency.

  • Team Player and able to adapt to fast paced and changing work environment

  • Pass criminal background check.

  • Must be over 18 years old

  • Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.

  • Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.

  • Team Player & Able to adapt to fast paced and changing work environment

  • Offer solutions to basic customer issues. Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.

  • Follow all standard operating procedures for quality guidelines.

Education & Professional Certifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
