Job Summary:

Lead and performs various tasks related to accurate receipt, staging, storage, transfer, and delivery of HVAC equipment.

Where is the work:

  • This position has been designated as On-Site.

What you will do:

  • Primary contact for warehousing, customer service, and local transportation issues

  • Using material handling equipment, inbound and outbound shipments, loads and unloads trucks, locates and picks material into/out of warehouse racks and between locations, Log inbound freight(UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, DHL)

  • Work with local and regional freight companies (setup times, hot shots, etc.)

  • Safely operates assigned material handling equipment. Ensures that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition. Reports all accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor.

  • Stocking and arranging of product to ensure warehouse turns of inventory

  • Determines accurate material quantities by cycle counting

  • Receives material into inventory, move material by quantity between designated locations, and locate/pick material to/from warehouse locations as required. Ensures accurate part number, quantity, and other data fields entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, location; Resolves discrepancies with material quantities, part numbers;

  • Locates parts insuring that pallets are stable, observing pallet heights, material, racking and equipment are not damaged, and material is not left in aisles.

  • Satisfies demands of internal customers to include the timely delivery or removal of designated materials to or from the supported shop. Delivers high priority materials ahead of routine materials previously requested.

  • Practices safe material handling techniques.

  • Completes training as required, including safety training, certification and testing.

  • Reinforces culture of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all functions of the job.

  • Assists with the training and mentoring of warehouse associates

  • Performs housekeeping as assigned

  • May be required to purchase warehouse supplies to maintain building

  • Assist in annual warehouse inventory

  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

  • Must be able to regularly lift 25-50 pounds

What you will bring:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.

This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.
