About the role

The In-House Agency Traffic Manager will work cross functionally with internal partners across the marketing and creative organization. The Traffic Manager will manage all In-House creative requests ensuring that they move through the creative process in an organized and timely manner.

Responsibilities include

  • In partnership with the production manager, coordinate kickoff calls as needed.

  • Identify/evaluate In-House Agency workflow roadblocks and partner with Adobe Workfront and Marketing Workfront System Admins to enhance and optimize.

  • Assess and triage requests daily, converting requests to projects and assigning, tracking and facilitating all Creative Services projects through Marketing’s Workfront project management tool.

  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to utilize the Workfront estimator tool to accurately generate estimates for each project. Continually monitor burn rate and generate new estimates for scope creep.

  • Act as main point of contact for Workfront administrator including maintenance, enhancements and troubleshooting of Workfront intake forms, estimator tool, timesheet log, custom reports and more.

  • Create user logins, train & support business partners on the Workfront tool.

  • Work closely with marketing technology teams to develop knowledge of and capability in Adobe DAM. Proactively recommend suggestions for technology builds to create additional efficiencies across the Adobe ecosystem.

  • As time allows, assist with project management of creative production jobs

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 -$70,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 2 years of experience as a traffic manager in a marketing or creative agency

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools and software

  • Experienced user of the Workfront project management tool

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outstanding organizational skills and an eye for details

  • Understanding of campaign execution, and creative development and production

  • Excellent logistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Process Mapping/Flowcharting : Knowledge of the concepts of process mapping; ability to carry out the documentation of current and proposed manufacturing processes to identify and make improvements.
