The Opportunity The Senior Analyst – AML Investigations – Capacity Planning and Automation role will support leadership by executing all aspects of capacity planning and monitoring ongoing capacity needs for AML Investigations. This includes automating current tools being used for capacity planning and forecasting and creating reporting to leadership. The Work Itself * Work closely with the AML Investigations Program Manager to automate production and capacity tools and processes to effectively allocate resources * Coordinate with Investigations leadership to update capacity planning tools and resource modification strategies based on trends and business needs * Maintain comprehensive suite of reports to support productivity metrics, including forecasting of resource need 3-6 months in advance * Support operational processes to balance analyst work queues (including QC) based on needs to ensure all SLAs are met * Recommend FTE and contractor mix based on capacity analysis * Create reporting for leadership * Follows established guidelines and procedures. * Applies knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems * Able to identify and implement solutions to problems with minimal supervision * Miscellaneous duties as assigned The Skills You Bring * * Minimum – Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of experience in automating tools and data analytics * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Experience in project management * Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple duties and work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to identify areas for process improvement * Proficient in SQL * Experience with Business Intelligence and Visualization tools, specifically Power BI * Ability to work both independently and cooperatively on project teams.
