What You’ll Do In this role, you will be an essential part of a team who develops and manages applicant flow for key positions with a focus on building diverse pipelines of talent for our Corporate Functions and Bank roles. You will partner with business leaders and TA team members to manage the organization of career events and referral programs, along with their resulting talent pipelines. You will manage large pipelines of talent and effectively match candidates with appropriate roles and teams throughout the Corporate Functions and Bank team. You will serve as the set guru, maintaining a broad knowledge of the various organizations and their teams’ specific needs. You’ll partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR leaders to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that leads to an effective search process. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to stay in touch with current market challenges and Financial industry trends. You’ll need to proactively conduct market research to understand and communicate the best target environments from which to recruit based upon need. The team will look to you to investigate and incorporate new sourcing methods, tools and techniques to create innovative sourcing strategies. What You’ll Need * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent work experience * At least 3 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience, with a specialty in events-based and/or financial services recruiting strongly preferred! * Passion for the “match” – the ability to relentless in finding the right fit for strong talent * Strong relationship building skills with internal stakeholders and senior level external candidates * Commitment to diversity and inclusion with the skillsets needed to build, manage, and engage diverse talent pipelines * Proven success in managing large pipelines of talent * The ability to manage multiple search requests and clients simultaneously What’s in it for You?
