Atrium Health Senior Strategist -Analytical and Insights - Atrium Health FT in Charlotte, North Carolina

Develop, operationalize, execute, support and evaluate from conception through maturation strategic marketing, sales, business development, product, brand, communication, digital footprint, or outreach plan for enterprise promotion. Develop and manage site, program, project, or campaign ensuring enterprise and departmental strategic goals and objectives are met. Conduct online, field, or direct observation research to recommend and determine effectiveness as well as the consumer satisfaction of promotion and/or marketing strategy. Collaborate with teammates throughout the organization to help create state of art analytics and insights center of excellence, onboard platforms that help measure consumer behavior, website and channel performance, provide data-driven insights. Essential Functions

  • Strategic product mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, marketing analytics, and competitive intelligence

  • Assist with business planning sessions and help build KPI framework from business goals and objectives

  • Assist with rolling out digital analytics platform across the organization that meet business need and benefit the consumers.

  • Lead administration of the analytics platforms under purview and serve as the trusted advisor to various business partners across the organization.

  • Ability to see the big picture and connect the dots by distilling complex findings into clear, compelling narratives for many departments throughout the enterprise

  • Measure campaign, channel and website performance and present insights and opportunities to the relevant business partners and leadership teams.

  • Draft and manage strategic plan for site, product, business development, or service promotion.

  • Manages or operationalize product, service or program campaign.

  • Conduct and evaluate insight research to ensure effectiveness of campaign and end-to-end consumer experience.

  • Support a governance model for creation, distribution, management, and approval of content in printed or electronic formats and/or mediums.

  • Serves as a representative for the Marketing and Communications team, coordinating and executing enterprise-wide initiatives and providing excellent customer service in all interactions.

  • Collaborates with department leaders, uses research and insights to strategic plans and programs aligned to business goals that focus on driving awareness, consideration, selection and advocacy among target audiences.

  • Develops strategies and programs that are measurable in design and metric in execution.

  • Understands enterprise strategic plan and aligns projects /programs /campaigns /activities accordingly.

  • Organizes and writes major project deliverables with accuracy and clarity; presents complex concepts and analytical results.

  • Helps to foster a culture of teamwork, learning, innovation and accountability.

  • Exhibits timely decision making skills and effective priority setting.

  • Interfaces with departments across the organization, with senior staff and with other critical functions staff as needed and as appropriate on issues and matters related to the goals and priorities of the organization.

  • Helps enforce and manage the organization’s brand identity and adheres to brand guidelines.

Physical Requirements

Requires reading, comprehending, editing or designing materials. Requires clear and effective communication. Requires the experience and ability to operate audiovisual equipment. Requires the occasional lifting of documents or supplies.

Education, Experience and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or Computer Science. Master's preferred. 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise marketing or sales campaigns preferably in a large integrated multi-site/state organization. Technical experience may include: use of Sitecore, structured data elements, knowledge of HTML 4/5 & CSS 3 (able to write/edit/troubleshoot code using a text editor), basic knowledge of responsive/mobile layout techniques (able to use Bootstrap to create a page layout), or basic knowledge of web page performance testing and optimization.

5 years experience with platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics and familiarity with Tag Management systems preferred.

3 years of experience with visualization and BI platforms such as Salesforce Datorama, Domo, Tableau or PowerBI preferred.

3 years experience with SQL. Data modelling skills are a plus.
