Wells Fargo Scrum Master in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Scrum Master who is a hands-on Servant -Leader in Home Lending within the Consumer Lending team. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop Agile and Scrum prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint

  • Use data to help the teams assess their Scrum Maturity

  • Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance

  • Oversee teams to deliver capabilities using Agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met

  • Partner with managers to convey their concerns to teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards

  • Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of product and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Agile or Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ year of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Ability to escalate issues

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolution

  • Advanced Microsoft Project skills

  • Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as JIRA

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
