We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-impact program management solutions for our Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) business. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize systems that support biomedical/clinical engineering program operations within our client locations, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the rapidly evolving HTM. If you have a strong background in developing and/or managing HTM program operations and experience in providing solutions development for medical equipment operations, we’d love to connect!

What You Bring

• knowledge of HTM service structures, including CMMS, RTLS, medical device management, and service contracts

• Experience with RFP responses, pricing strategies, and proposal development.

• Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience; in Finance, Business Administration,BiomedicalEngineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

• 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, solution costing, HTM program management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, or other cost analysis tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
