Services & Provider Experience product team is a part of the portfolio that is driving one of the key strategic priorities for the enterprise.

An outstanding Services experience is built on the foundation of a robust provider network. Provider Pipeline product manager leads the team that builds the strategy and roadmap to grow our provider network at a fast pace as well as ensure optimal experience for our existing providers to manage their information.

What You Will Do

  • Defining the product and identifying gaps and customer needs by creating vision, strategy and requirements documents for their product;

  • Developing and managing the technical product roadmap, demonstrating expertise at the technical product level, building partnerships with relevant stakeholder teams, and making trade-off decisions for the product

  • Is cognizant of the technical choices in terms of the data stores, event hubs, runtimes (OS),

  • Involved in the product planning process by developing requirements documents (user stories with acceptance criteria, use cases) for product or product release; working closely with dependent teams; and determining release goals, prioritization, implementation, and iteration plans for a technical product

  • Understand and execute on the end-to-end vision for a product and the impact it has on individual features

  • Suggests and influences the technical direction of the product. Eg. Exposure to Computer Vision & implementation of better optimization models to increase the efficiency index

  • Uses analytics to monitors product OK Rs to ensure success metrics are being met; identifies opportunities for testing and product enhancements based on results

  • Helps maintain a prioritized technical product backlog based on defined business value; uses data and analytics to help prioritize the product backlog appropriately

  • Defines product features & user stories along with their business scope & documents the scope definition

  • Defines detailed requirements of the stories based on product/feature strategy with well defined success criteria

  • Defines the feature evaluation attributes & acceptance criteria for every feature / story

  • Validates the features / story based on the defined acceptance criteria

  • Presents the completed features to stakeholders, business and tech partners

  • Monitors the feature impact & collects feedback to feed them back into the product roadmap

  • Builds and leverages solid working relationships with stakeholders, other Product Managers, user experience and technology teams to facilitate successful product implementation

  • Articulates & presents feature progress to leadership & stakeholders through metrics

  • Critically analyzes the technical maturity & direction of the product & provides feedback

  • Provides input on the technical choices with a conscious focus on how these choice might impact the product SLA and experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)

• 2 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management or product marketing

• 1 year of experience in product and/or experience management

• Strong writing ability

• Experience in an agile software environment

• Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization

• Experience working closely with senior leadership

• Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar advanced degree

• 2-5 year of experience in product design and/or product management

• 1-2 year of experience with sourcing and onboarding systems

• Strong financial acumen

Pay Range for CA, CO, HI, NJ, NY, WA: $75,300.00 - $143,100.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
