Position Description You will be uniquely positioned to make a meaningful impact that amplifies benefits across the entire organization by leading enterprise tech strategy initiatives. As a hands-on leader, you will collaborate internally and externally to deliver measurable results across a range of objectives – with the common thread of being (even) better for our customers, communities, and employees. Example outcomes you’ll be driving: * Deepen adoption and understanding of Ally’s tech strategy and KPIs/OKRs * Raise internal and external awareness of Ally’s incredible tech capabilities * Advance Ally’s engineering culture with continuous leveling-up of our skills * Increase product delivery speed through operating model improvements * Foster thriving engagement with internal and external innovation ecosystems Job Responsibilities * Plan and execute initiatives that advance Ally’s technology strategy * Implement change management and communication plans with stakeholders * Apply analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of current and/or new initiatives * Consult with our employees and stakeholders on improvement opportunities * Apply your growth mindset to deepen your understanding of our business and technology to provide thought leadership and connect dots * Build relationships with internal and external ecosystem partners Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in a technology, product, consulting, or similar organization * Experience building technical communities and/or partnerships * Proven ability to collaborate to influence and inspire change * Demonstrated passion for pioneering entrepreneurial spirit * Technical savvy to build and maintain credibility across tech community * Comfortable using strategic tools and data to conduct analysis/make recommendations * Excellent organization and communication skills * Exudes an inclusive, empathetic, and growth mindset * Handles ambiguity and multiple priorities effectively Total Rewards Ally's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
