Under WIM Technology Investment Solutions, Banking, Lending and Trust, you will be leading and supporting the Portfolio Management Platform and Alternative Investment Products. This position will cover jobs which design and perform engineering solutions on computer hardware, software, and networking tools to meet the organization's needs.
In this role, you will:
Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence applications, network, information security, database, operating systems, or web technologies for highly complex business and technical needs across multiple groups
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Translate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions
Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and mentor less experienced engineers
5+ years of experience with Java Spring Boot
5+ years of Database experience with either SQL (Server/MongoDB/Oracle)
3+ years of experience with Cloud (PCF/AZURE/GWS)
3+ years of experience with UX (Angular/React)
3+ years of experience with REST/Microservices
3+ years of experience with Event Driven Architecture with either (Kafka/Solace)
3+ years of experience with source control (GitHub)
3+ years of experience with logging (Splunk)
3+ years of experience with scheduling tool (Autosys)
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with Enterprise Pipeline Tools (UCD/Harness/Jenkins)
2+ years of experience with Code Review tools (Blackduck/CheckMarx/SonarQube)
Ability to influence, partner and negotiate with senior business leaders to drive strategic outcomes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate technical solutions to technical, business, and risk/audit audiences
Experience interfacing with cross-functional technical teams within and/or outside of the organization
Curiosity to learn new technologies, an ability to self-start and the discipline to prioritize while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively and think independently in a team environment
Demonstrated experience in Agile methodology and Kanban workflow, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time
Industry certifications, such as CISSP, GIAC, Cloud Security Alliance, Azure, AWS or GCP cloud certifications

MO- St. Louis Pay Range: $144,400 – 300,000 Annually
