TIAA People Analytics and Strategy Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina

HR Strategy & Planning

Executes on Talent Analytic strategies and champions the value of data-based decision making across the entire organization

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Leading talent data research and analytics aimed at driving business results

  • Optimizing process including talent data collection, management, modeling and report generation; evaluating and implementing advanced analytic tools and methodologies

  • Identifying business strategic goals and existing operational issues; arranging relevant talent analytic projects to seek solutions for issues

  • Partnering within the talent analytics team and across functions to deliver insights

Qualifications

  • 3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred

  • University (Degree), Preferred

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of years of advanced analytics/quantitative experience

Desired Experience

  • Leading talent analytics projects and interfacing with various stakeholders

  • 5+ years of analytics experience

  • Background or training in I/O Psychology, Statistics, or HR Analytics

  • Experience with analytics tools including Excel, R, SAS, Python, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and/or Qualtrics

Potential Salary: $129,600.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
