  • Support Market Strategy Team by partnering with Pricing, Sales, Underwriting and other cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities.

  • Develop subject matter expertise on new product/organizational initiatives and assist Market Strategy leads on execution of these initiatives through engagement across the organizational stack.

  • Analyze industry filings and marketing materials to gain understanding of current market and positioning.

  • Research industry trends and sales data

  • Build Concept Outlines to drive future strategy

  • Develop Pitch Book research presentations to educate senior leadership on market opportunities

  • Own initiatives from ideation to go-to-market execution

  • Maintain and build relationships across the company to help facilitate feedback


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required

  • Analytically inclined with strong listening and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred 1 years of Individual Life Insurance experience with knowledge and understanding of several areas of life insurance including:

o Wholesaler supported distribution through financial representatives

o Profitability and Risk impacts

o Product implementation lifecycle (design, specs, testing, etc.)

o Regulatory requirements (filing, admin)

o Policy administration

o Underwriting and New Business processing

  • Collaborative style that embodies teamwork across many different operating units

  • Analytically inclined with strong listening and communication skills
