Wells Fargo Lead Business Execution Consultant in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for process improvements supporting Unsecured Lending Operations, formerly known as Cards & Merchant Services (CMS) Operations.
.
In this role, you will:
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience working in credit card, consumer lending or financial services industry
Demonstrated ownership of process with in-depth knowledge about the process and associated regulatory and policy requirements, and technology supporting the process
Experience in monitoring key performance indicator and key risk indicator trends to proactively identify problem areas and opportunities of improvement in driving customer experience and operational efficiency
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives impacting end to end customer experience journey and strong expertise in applying operational excellence methodologies such as business process management, Lean and Six Sigma.
Leverage automation tools such as Power Apps, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Robotics Desktop Automation (RDA) to drive higher level of efficiency, effectiveness and control within operations processes
Outstanding change leadership, problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to anticipate risks and opportunities and turn findings into tactical and strategic imperatives
Leveraging customer journey mapping and metrics monitoring to drive better customer experience
Creating and achieving a desired future state [vision] through influence on individual and group goals, reinforcements and systems.
Results oriented with outstanding ability to motivate teams and mobilize the resources to accomplish objectives.
Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used to: identify trends, measure and communicate key performance metrics (KPI's)
Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to manage and deliver change effectively in a matrixed and team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Strong experience in the creation of business cases, prioritization of initiatives, assigning work, execution, management and resolution of risks and issues while ensuring initiative(s) are delivered within agreed timelines
Experience presenting to executive management and ability to articulate key messages around progress, risk, issues, customer impacts, etc.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Apps, and SharePoint) skills
Must be able to work at one of the locations listed on the req in a hybrid capacity
