Wells Fargo Lead Business Execution Consultant, Vice President - Office of the Corporate Secretary in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant - Vice President as part of the Public, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Division of the Wells Fargo Legal Department. The role will serve as a senior consultant and operator, working with the Office of the Corporate Secretary to provide primary operational and administrative support for the Wells Fargo and Wells Fargo Bank Board of Directors and Committees and the Corporate Secretary. This role will work closely with the Corporate Governance team. For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at Wellsfargo.com/career.

In this role you will:

  • Support the Wells Fargo and Wells Fargo Bank Board of Directors and Committees and the Corporate Secretary in operational or administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate with the Office of the Corporate Secretary, Wells Fargo management and line of business partners to schedule, plan and organize Board and Committee meetings or other board-related events.

  • Lead the provision and execution of applicable logistical support (e.g., space planning, tech and A/V requirements, safety and security, reception, meal planning, travel and special requests).

  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and senior management to resolve and manage all inherent risks.

  • Coordinate with team members to track meeting attendance and ensure accurate attendance record keeping and reporting.

  • Manage access management to Diligent and SharePoint applications and sites and related technology issues.

  • Refine processes for board and committee meetings (both remote and in-person) and all other processes.

  • Manage calendars of regular and special Board of Director meetings and director engagements with management and others, including engaging in outreach to determine availability, making recommendations on scheduling options, communicating meeting details and coordinating meeting logistics with key partners.

  • Influence, guide and lead peers, colleagues, and teammates to meet deliverables and drive success.

  • Help onboard and off-board Board members.

  • Maintenance of Board Directory and Resource Center.

  • Monitor certain email inboxes regarding Board communications and stakeholder inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, strong self-motivator with high attention to detail

  • Experience in corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters

  • Event Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Ability to build relationships, effectively communicate and influence others

  • Ability to project confidence and authority in high pressure situations

  • Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to diverse audiences while maintaining composure

  • Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely across diverse audiences

  • Strong technology skills, including the ability to manage hybrid meetings (in-person and virtual attendees)

  • Experience managing multiple responsibilities associated with a corporate office

  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive improvement

Job Expectations:

  • Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
