Wells Fargo Lead Business Execution Consultant - Client Engagement Team Lead in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

The CIB Client Engagement Team provides a cohesive platform to manage client engagement opportunities such as client events, industry conferences, and sponsorships while connecting senior leaders to clients through a strategic, genuine and measured approach. This position will assist the Head of Client Engagement in the management, communication, strategy and ideation of Client Engagements. They will also help guide the team processing the engagements and work with the various stakeholders to provide support for the organization’s client engagement budget reporting and analytics, process management, compliance and policy adherence, and the Client Engagement Tool technology oversight.
In this role, you will:
Assist the Head of Client Engagement in the management, communication, strategy and ideation of Client Engagements.
Develop and implement a communication strategy plan to maximize client engagement opportunities. Identify and proactively share potential events in key markets. Research and build out new and innovative engagement opportunities that can be presented. Oversee all CIB owned hospitality assets and liaise with partners on other company owned assets to ensure best usage.
Gathering of key details regarding engagements and preparation of materials to include in Senior Leader briefs and for weekly discussions.
Ensure all engagements entered into the Client Engagement tool are processed from end to end. Provide oversight of and guidance to the team processing engagements.
Partner with technology to manage the client engagement tool that serves as the centralized system of record for the client engagement budget, workflow tracking, and internal approvals.
Create reporting, analytics and budget status presentations with information gathered from the client engagement tool and hospitality engagements. Generate key metrics to assist in budget oversight and strategy.
Work with various partners and stakeholders to ensure all engagements adhere to appropriate policies and regulations. Assist in communication and implementation of policies and procedures related to Client Engagement activities.
Responsible for the management of Client Engagement Team procedures and controls, process management, compliance management and regular review and updating of these elements.
Assist in streaming processes and generate efficiencies.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Financial industry knowledge as it relates to Corporate and Investment Banking. Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo internal policies around Meetings and Events, Tickets and Hospitality, Brand and Sponsorship, and Gifts and Entertainment. Experience in working with Wells Fargo technology partners to maintain internal systems or applicable experience outside of Wells Fargo.
Experience with client engagement, hosting and strategy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups
Strong independent thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
