Wells Fargo IAM Business Enablement Lead - Senior Information Security Analyst in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

The IAM Business Enablement Lead (Senior Information Security Analyst) positions will support IAM Business Enablement in intake, engagement, and remediation needs across the domain for resolution of Identity and Access Management compliance issues, audit findings, etc. including but not limited to the following: IAM enablement support, IAM Corrective Actions resolution, IAM engagement across technology and line of business partners, communication best practices and execution with Technology Centralized Intake (TCI) for IAM demand needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards

  • Perform remediation of security assessment review issues, complex ad hoc data, and reporting to support information security risk management

  • Provide guidance and direction in reviewing assessment findings and mitigating controls to optimize information security

  • Identify and direct information asset portfolio reconciliations and certifications

  • Provide advanced data aggregation and data of information security risk exposure

  • Develop and deliver Information Security Education Awareness and Training in accordance with the Enterprise Information Security Program standards

  • Review draft and proposed control standards for business impact and recommend modifications or clarifications as required

  • Conduct security control testing and consultation with stakeholders

  • Evaluate and interpret internal and Enterprise Information Security policies, processes and standards, and provide recommendations to improve them

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project or product management, implementation, or strategic planning

  • 4+ years of information technology experience

  • 4+ years of business systems analysis or design experience

  • 2+ years of change management experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of operation workflows/processes

  • Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains

  • Risk analysis and quantification experience

  • Client relationship management experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • Knowledge and understanding of full life cycle application development

  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

  • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Visio skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint

  • Ability to facilitate meetings among remote resources

  • Ability to present to multiple levels of management
