Corporate & Investment Banking delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. A trusted partner to our clients, we provide corporate and transactional banking; commercial real estate lending and servicing; investment banking; equity; and fixed income solutions including sales, trading, and research capabilities to corporate, commercial real estate, government, and institutional clients across the globe.
This strategic role is responsible for overseeing a team of motivated professionals dedicated to delivering top-tier FX Payment solutions to our clients. As the Head of FX Payment Solutions Sales, you will set the vision, strategy and goals to drive growth and customer satisfaction while building a high-performing culture within the team.
In addition, the successful candidate will have strong judgment, ability to proactively identify company, industry, and market risk and opportunities to evaluate risk mitigation strategy to develop strong business recommendations.
In this role, you will:
Manage the FX Payment Solutions Sales team in a solution driven sales position focused on the integration of FX payment solutions within a broader cash management landscape.
Directly manage select client coverage within the portfolio, serving a Player/Coach model where necessary
Drive business growth, client calling strategy and product enhancement requests with FX leadership, alongside Global Treasury Management Sales leadership and other partners to ensure successful deployment of payment solutions to internal and external clients with international cash management and cross currency payment needs.
Partner with FX Markets Coverage teams on internal/external sales activity. Sales related activities are conducted primarily through virtual and on-site client visits (as appropriate).
This role will report to the Head of FX Payment Solutions
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Business Client Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:

A Masters Degree or higher in Finance
10+ years of financial services experience in commercial banking, treasury management, financial sponsors, underwriting/ distribution, leveraged finance, and/or capital markets experience
Proven track record in covering clients, growing revenue and managing a team of high-performing sales professionals
Significant experience collaborating with internal teams across corporate banking, FX trading, global markets to develop customized solutions for treasury management customers
In-depth experience delivering comprehensive payment solutions for corporate and commercial/middle-market clients
Experience delivering wealth management solutions with high-net-worth individuals and family offices is a focused-growth area and a plus for this role
Strong management and talent acquisition skills: ability to motivate a team, lead, and develop a team of professionals.
Adept at fostering innovation and implementing client acquisition strategies
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to influence key stakeholders and clearly articulate vision.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$249,500.00 - $518,300.00
