This role is required to be In Office located in Charlotte, NC and/ or Miami, Florida.

  • Supporting Advisors in helping to ensure Tech related issues are resolved in a timely manner

  • Proactively educating and communicating technology enhancements and rollouts for advisors

  • Assist with Level 1 Ticket submission and resolution and providing “How-To” support

  • Partner with IT counterparts to escalate and troubleshoot advisor issues

  • Assist with on-boarding of new advisors, employees, and sales assistants

  • Work closely with the Digital Specialist to assist in training as needed

  • Assisting with in-branch technology to include conferencing, etc

  • Oversight of phone systems to include moves/changes

  • Oversight of Lexmark scanners/printers

  • Oversight of security systems, keypads/cards

  • Oversight of Branch Network and escalation needs

  • Escalate technical and out of subject matter expert issues to proper areas

  • Partner with other business areas to stay up to date and promote the most recent digital and technology enhancements, initiatives, tools, etc.

The base salary range for this position is $54,000-$81,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and business acumen

  • Must be strong on “follow-through”

  • Naturally collaborative, must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to work with all levels of leadership

  • Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 4 years of technology or similar experience

  • Able to travel between branches (possible 10% Travel)

Skills

Data Integrity: Knowledge of objectives, terminologies, and approaches of data integrity; ability to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data in various business environments.

Document Management: Knowledge of document management; ability to categorize, integrate, update, document and distribute business information in a secure, effective way.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
