Wells Fargo Executive Director (Senior Lead Business Execution) in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director (Senior Lead Business Execution) within the Capital Management & Pricing Strategy (CMPS) group within Commercial Banking.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage existing and adhoc reporting processes relevant to the CMPS team

  • Build enhanced structure around the CMPS reporting ecosystem (e.g., cadence, delivery method)

  • Develop the tactical reporting strategy and guide the transition of tactical solutions to strategic implementations (when needed)

  • Design custom reporting prototypes to meet stakeholder reporting needs

  • Strategically engage cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., partners in product, technology, and the lines of business)

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced SQL experience

  • Proficient Power BI Dashboarding skills & Cloud Workspace environment knowledge

  • Tableau experience

  • Exposure to the financial services industry preferred

  • Working understanding of P&L metrics

  • Dallas, TX- 120,400.00-250,000.00 USD Annual

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards
