Responsible for providing rabbi trustee services for grantor trusts and recordkeeping services for non-qualified plans through coordination and administration of trust and plan level activities. Serves as the primary contact for plan sponsors, trust clients, operations, and third party agents for an assigned book of moderately complex to complex accounts and/or plans. Works closely with business unit managers, relationship managers and sales team within Institutional Retirement & Trust (IRT). Responsibilities may include: accurate and timely execution of recordkeeping and trust activities which include quarterly plan allocation reviews, payroll processing, participant distributions, transfers/rebalances, fund changes, beneficiary maintenance, annual enrollments, trust account set up and maintenance, daily cash management, and monitor daily reports. May oversee and direct non exceptional plan and trust activities which may include: coordinating efforts performed by third party plan administrators or trust operational support teams, ensuring deliverables are executed within service level agreements and communicating with clients regarding day to day issues and escalated matters.

Please note: The first 3 months of employment will require frequent travel to the Winston-Salem office for training purposes and is required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience in one or a combination of the following: financial services, participant record keeping, or trust administration

Desired Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment

  • Exposure to Wells Fargo SEI Trust 3000 Wells Fargo Trust Accounting system of record

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
