Novant Health Dimensions Credentialed Trainer II in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Summary

The Dimensions trainer will report to the training manager. The Dimensions trainer will be responsible for conducting training for clinical and non-clinical end users in Dimensions acute electronic medical record applications. Required to complete and pass application specific credentialing program within approved time period for assigned program. Will be assigned to at least one application team as a primary team with possible cross-credentialing on other team(s). Qualifications

  • Education: High School or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree required.

  • Experience: 3 years Healthcare (clinical or non-clinical) and/or education/training required. 1 year Clinical operational experience in addition to above, preferred.

  • Additional skills required:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of current local, federal and state regulatory and governing standards for Learning and Development.

  • Speed to Market: Effectively works in a fast-paced work environment to deliver results.

  • World Class: Knowledgeable about HR best practices and future trends in healthcare and in industry.

  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Digital Fluency: Proficiency with virtual meetings and Microsoft Office 365, specifically Power Point, Excel and Teams. Demonstrate ability to learn and use innovative training solutions for product and process training.

  • Highly Effective Communicator: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, appropriately and inclusively with key stakeholders at all levels. Provide communication that will contribute to and establish a climate of trust and respect to all customers.
