This position requires significant instructional design, development, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work with stakeholders to establish delivery plans for key programs and courses. Prior experience with the design, development, and implementation of quality educational courses is essential, along with strong technical and communication skills. The position entails utilization of diverse and innovative methodologies to produce high-quality virtual and instructor-led courses in support of strategic plans and regulatory requirements. In addition, the team member will demonstrate a strong ability to manage course delivery across multiple projects concurrently.
Assesses, plans, implements, and improve methods and processes related to education and training for meeting employee and physician learning needs for enhancing job performance and competency.

Education: Bachelors Degree Required - In business, engineering, computer information systems, computer science, nursing, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five years experience in healthcare and evidence of teaching experience required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Licensure/certification as required for field required.
