Consider joining the Sodexo Live! Airport Lounge team as the Compliance Manager for the segment.

The Compliance Manager - Airport Lounges will work with senior segment leaders to create, audit and manage all things compliance, administration and risk management for our clubs/lounges in airports across the United States. The purpose of this role is to actively manage and report on critical compliance functions and mitigate associated unit risks. For example: Port Authority Fees, Liquor Licensing, Airport Badging, CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreements) & deadlines.

This is a Remote position with travel expected at 15-20%.

The successful candidate will:

• Work with internal teams to track, report and be proactive in tracking critical operations;

• Monitor business operations and report any infractions;

• Review company policy for possible risks and liabilities;

• Attend labor relations meetings;

• Regularly communicate with senior leadership to summarize and present relevant compliance information.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• Prior experience with large-scale compliance and risk mitigation in a contract dining setting;

• The ability to analyze regulations, assess their impact on the organization, and develop strategies to ensure compliance.

• Knowledge of unions and CBAs (collective bargaining agreements);

• Experience with administration and a keen sense of urgency and detail accuracy;

• MS Office proficiency and/or compliance software monitoring systems;

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
