TIAA Compliance Internship in Charlotte, North Carolina

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Work on problems of diverse scope that assist with the continuing development of compliance functions, using the Company's risk-based Compliance Risk Management methodology.

Understand the pertinent regulations impacting particular businesses by spending time in each area.

Analyze compliance metrics and enhance writing skills for report preparation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Work on problems of diverse scope that assist with the continuing development of compliance functions, using the Company's risk-based Compliance Risk Management methodology.

Understand the pertinent regulations impacting particular businesses by spending time in each area.

Analyze compliance metrics and enhance writing skills for report preparation.

•Must be currently enrolled in an accredited baccalaureate program with a degree track in liberal arts or business.

•Ideal candidate must have a graduation date between December 2021 to May 2023.

•Overall GPA of 3.0 or better

•At least one year of academic or professional experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Potential Salary:

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
