About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant as part of the Receivables Manager Onboarding team within Global Treasury Management (GTM) in Enterprise Functions. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will be:

  • Coordinating the phases of customer implementations

  • Developing business requirements

  • Providing subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit

  • Creating/managing project plans

  • Working with key partners on project priority and scope

  • Coordinating appropriate meetings

  • Communicating status to project team and the customer

  • Proactively identifying and resolving problems/issues

  • Ensuring that project tasks are completed according to established timelines

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • 2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both

  • 2+ years of treasury services experience

  • 2+ years of financial services experience

  • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

  • Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) products and implementations

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

  • Technical background or experience with complex application

Job Expectations:

  • Position will report to one of the posted locations per Enterprise

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

  • Normal business hours, with the exception of off-hour availability as needed to support critical issue resolution or installations into production

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$55,300.00 - $98,300.00
