We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to provide Administrative Support for Branch Manager and District Vice Presidents, in this key growth location. This key business partner will be a vital and partner with EVP/Branch Manager, as well as support the District Vice Presidents in several responsibilities, including on-boarding.

This position is located at 11325 N Community House Rd Ste. 450 Charlotte, NC and is required to be onsite.

  • Support EVP/Branch Manager

  • Local point of contact for new associates

  • Works with Technology Manager to ensure PEP receives materials and technology

  • Help Guide PEP thru onboarding process

  • Is a partner with Onboarding Manager

  • Works with DMs in office around interview prep material and organizes.

  • Works with DMs to ensure data in Smartsheet is accurate

  • Ensures DMs have resources for meetings

  • Works in concert with Talent Acquisition and follows up w/ leads as needed

The base salary range for this position is $46,000-$67,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 1 years’ experience in a Business office setting

  • Able to resolve conflict, problems, and function independently

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Quick to learn and implement, regardless of result

  • Proactive decision-making

  • Can organize tasks and prioritize

  • Meets deadlines

  • Knows how to guide people thru a process

  • Displays good judgment & partners where necessary

  • Understands the need for confidentiality at all levels of work

  • Ability to serve as a contact to and communicate with financial professionals with diplomacy and tact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Financial service industry experience a plus

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Office Administration: Knowledge of office administration activities; ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
