Atrium Health Associate General Counsel in Charlotte, North Carolina

Position Summary:

Performs specifically delegated substantive legal work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Attends pretrial hearings, mediations, and other similar proceedings, on behalf of Atrium Health.

· Provides day-to-day operational support of legal and regulatory matters in support of the business.

· Analyzes internal and external metrics to assess effectiveness of current practices, current processes and recommends changes to enhance system-wide practices.

· Serves as an interface between Atrium Health internal divisions and departments and on cases and matters.

· Models Atrium Health Core Values.

· Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

Education:

· Law degree from an American Bar Association approved law school.

Work Experience:

· At least two prior years legal experience.
