Sodexo's Airline Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Food Operations Manager to join the elite team of professionals who will operate the American Express Centurion Lounge at Charlotte International Airport in Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a talented individual who will commit to the challenges of creating and delivering a culinary-driven, upscale experience within a thoughtfully designed travel oasis. The ideal manager candidate will have a background in high level hospitality or restaurant operations from a recognized concept or hotel group in the industry.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day operations;

• deliver high quality food service;

• have high expectations for customer service and quality of food;

• achieve company and client financial targets and goals;

• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

• develop strategic plans;

• create a positive environment;

• ensure Sodexo Standards are met.

• is an independent self-starter who can work in a high-paced environment with a very demanding client who can multi-task while managing 20+ associates.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
