Job Description:

Role(s) & Responsibilities

Serves as day-to-day team lead for FPA team. Performs Research, Visualization, and Analysis Activities. Creates user workflow diagrams. Analyze survey responses. Identifies workflow variances and map variances to FPAs. Captures information about reason for workflow variance. Supports ethnographic research. Document ethnographic data in a Day in the Life description document. Identifies additional analyst workflow details and tradecraft. Create user personas and journey maps. Support GDTA process by reviewing goal hierarchy.

Additional Ethnographic Researcher responsibilities:

  • Provides the voice of the stakeholder to the Task 2 team

    • Provides insight on tradecraft, SOPs and OPB processes

Education & Certifications

  • Undergraduate (minimum) in applicable areas of study (e.g., business, technology, I/O psychology, engineering, data science)

  • Certification(s) in one or more of the following: Human-centered Design, Product Management, Design Thinking, Service Design, User Research, User Experience design

  • Immersive Engineering® training

Experience

  • Minimum four years of direct and relevant experience

  • Minimum eight years experience providing client delivery services to the IC/DoD communities

Desired experience includes:

  • Leading user research activities

  • User research

  • User experience design

  • Design thinking

  • Digital transformation

  • User experience mapping

  • Facilitation / Graphic Facilitation

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
