CSBB Operations delivers a diverse set of foundational operational and contact center services for the enterprise and to consumer, small business, and wholesale customers, providing stability, scalability, and security for Wells Fargo. Services include deposits, payments and ATM operations, global fraud and claims, account reconciliation, wire transfers, cash vault and lockbox services, print and image services, unclaimed property processing, legal order processing, estate care, and voice, email, chat, and social media services for consumer and small business customers. Divisions include ATM Strategy and Vendor Solutions; Business Planning and Transformation; Customer Excellence, Controls and Enablement; Customer Service; Fraud and Claims Management; Retail Core Operations; and Workforce Management, Capacity Planning and Productivity Analytics.
This role will be a primary contributor to strategies involving Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Fraud Detection Capabilities. Responsible for providing senior level strategic consulting services to client organizations using in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding Wells Fargo business strategy (enterprise wide) and emerging trends in the Industry. Works with executives and senior managers across Wells Fargo to help define the business strategy and create/execute corresponding business plans and initiatives. Provides leadership in the identification of strategic business, investment and alliance opportunities; evaluation and approval process of identified opportunities; identification and implementation of technology requirements (systems, architecture and infrastructure) as well as coordination of technical resources; and communication of strategy and related business plans to management. May Direct internal as well as Industry strategic planning activities and represents Wells Fargo on Industry boards and committees. Provides guidance to less experienced employees.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $95,600 Mid: $136,500 Max: $177,500

5+ years of strategic planning experience
2+ years of financial industry experience
2+ years of information technology experience
2+ years of experience creating, managing and executing communication strategies
Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) industry trends and business applications
2 + years of machine learning experience
2+ years of Big Data experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
