The Federal Network (FedNet) program manager is responsible for the delivery and execution of FedNet Secure. FedNet is a closed restricted network supporting development across the Federal business unit. The PM will lead the design implementation, migration of users onto the network, and continuous improvement to the network. The internal focus is across four areas: Service Desk, Security Operations, DevOps, and Infrastructure. The PM has accountability across these areas, ensuring roadmaps/schedules are in place, hardware and software purchases are aligned with budget, and coordination with internal/external groups is complete. Qualified applicants must be flexible, self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of solving complex problems.

Must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Network Engineering, Computer Security, Business, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project/program management
Experience in the development and/or management of an enterprise or program network
Ability to coordinate across all functions of an organization and comfort with briefing executive leadership
Experience in federal contracting
Experience with overhead funding management, to include forecasting, budget planning, OpEx/CapEx, and IT purchasing.
Understanding of Federal security requirements (NIST 800-171, CMMC)
Solid communication skills to effectively work with technical team members, managers, and customers
Strong ability to function independently and as a part of a large, integrated cross-functional team
Positive attitude with an intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn new things
Familiarity with networking, virtualization, and DevOps concepts as they apply to network establishment.
Familiarity with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
