Job Description:

Role(s) & Responsibilities:

The Information and Operations & Strategy Lead is responsible for providing technical and administrative supervision and guidance for contractor personnel assigned to on-going technical efforts related to planning. The I/O & Strategy Lead will also serve as the Mission Partner POC, integrating intelligence support to military operations as well as provide subject matter expertise on the integration of information related capabilities for the intent to influence.

Additionally, the I/O & Strategy Lead is responsible for:

  • Garnering stakeholder support, and handling interagency and foreign partner coordination and deconfliction for influence activities

  • Managing activities/programs across geographic boundaries with diverse target audiences and understanding how to speak in measures of performance and measures of effectiveness to senior leadership

  • Synchronizing and coordinating with relevant Defense and Policy Offices for activity/program approvals and subsequent required reporting

Required Education & Certifications:

  • Master's degree in Political Science, Intelligence, International Relations, Strategy, Communications, or related field. Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 additional years of experience may be substituted for the master's degree.

Required Experience:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience performing work responsibilities listed above

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
