S&P Global Issuer Solutions Relationship Manager in Central, Hong Kong

The Career Opportunity:  You will be a key player within the Relationship Management Team, and you will have the opportunity to work with reputable clients, get exposure to all S&P Global Market Intelligence products and contribute to business growth. Responsibilities:

  • Managing business relationship for S&P Global Market Intelligence Issuer Solutions clientele.

  • Produce and execute renewal pricing strategies. Take part in negotiation.

  • Facilitate new business growth partnering with Product and relevant internal team.

  • Able to navigate clients’ organizations, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for other SPGMI products, and be able to execute with respective Sales specialists.

  • Proactively engage clients at different levels with diagnostic conversations to understand client workflow and SPGMI products value proposition.

  • Be the point of contact for clients and maintain a strong business relationship through regular meetings, trainings, etc., and become their trusted business partner.

  • Stay on top of product development and lead relevant campaigns for clients.

  • Work with other available resources (sales specialists, Pre Sales, product team, marketing team, etc.) to deliver an outstanding client experience and drive product adoption.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree holder.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.

  • Min. 5 years of sales, relationship management or account management experience.

  • Problem-solving skills with a strong client-centric mindset.

  • Ability to learn industry and product knowledge quickly.

  • Be able to deliver as an individual contributor and as part of a team.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office. 

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and network in equity market (relationship with listing companies) is preferred.

  • Understanding of Issuer Solutions (e.g. market landscape) is a value addition.

  • Established relationship building and sales skills.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills (face-to-face and virtual).

  • Experience with Salesforce tool.
