Role Value Proposition:
Play a key role in the technical delivery of the organization's Global Sales & Servicing (GSSP) Core Platform to create a highly configurable system that can be adapted to individual market needs at a low cost. Analyze local business needs, local country IT systems, and local market needs, including locale and data regulatory needs and prepare and present proposals that include high level technical solutions, estimates and project plans. Convert business problems into programming instructions, design and code programs, create test transactions and run tests. Monitor operating efficiency of existing application systems. Review, analyze, and modify sophisticated programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for a large-scale system. Interact with technical staff and senior business and IT partners around the world and provide technical support to project teams throughout project lifecycle around technology platforms, solution design, security, debugging, profiling, and performance tuning. Engage with multiple concurrent teams and projects and provide governance over project teams to ensure that standards and best practices are followed.
