Position: Process Automation Engagement Lead

Role Value Proposition:
Manage automated processes, identify areas for improvement, and establish governance and communication model. Implement the established COE framework for rapid and repeatable delivery of process automation and ongoing scheduling, monitoring and evolution of automated processes. Oversee the delivery of automated processes in accordance with the agreed automation delivery methodology as it migrates from delivery/build to BAU/Production. Establish the change management procedures to ensure that system/application and business change cycles are reflected in the operational processes. Define the mechanism for collating and publishing appropriate management information to business customers so that business benefit and usage can be proactively tracked, monitored and refined. Provide escalation point for the effective removal of blockers and escalation at all levels in support of the automated process. Turn over the running of the RPA delivery and support deployments to the Virtual Resource Manager once the agreed level of maturity/certification has been achieved.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering management (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus two (2) years of experience performing IT process improvement or business analysis in insurance, financial services or management consulting industry. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirement not applicable to this section) -- must possess the following: managing process optimization projects in cross-discipline teams, including client facing; communicating project progress, issues, risks and solutions using User Acceptance Testing (UAT); and adapting project management techniques and procedures to improve delivery and support channels.
