Are you looking to move up from your recruiting and safety management job and hold a director position? The job is a permanent hire and the starting salary is 60K-75K. If you have 3 years experience and have been an assistant to a director you may be a great fit!!! OR if you are a director and looking for a change this might be for you as well!! You MUST know the trucking industry and have that background including recruiting for truckers.We are looking for someone that KNOWS the trucking business and knows federal and state compliance including ELD, HOS, DOT reporting and CSA. Responsibilities

• Drivers - New OTR and Local Drivers

• Recruit, qualify, road test, hire, and support during early employment

• Train and review road safety procedures, accident and injury prevention

• On call at all times for accidents

• Federal and state compliance including ELD, HOS, DOT reporting, CSA

• Non-drivers including warehousemen in Cartersville, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, New Orleans

• Determine best way to advertise, review resumes, recommend quality candidates to department supervisors, complete paperwork
