We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist/HR Assistant to join our HR team.
All steps of the onboarding of new hires for the agency.
Extends job offers within 48 hours of receipt.
Notifies managers of candidate decisions.
Files all orientation and HR related paperwork.
Tracks new hires in all databases.
Takes staff pictures and makes ID cards. Relay new hire info to the IT team.
Acts as back up for reception.
Other Duties as assigned.
LocationLiving Resources Corp
HS Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word software.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
Knowledge of office administration procedures.
Ability to operate most standard office equipment.
Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials; establishing priorities; and meeting deadlines.
Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
