We are hiring a motivated HR Operations Manager with a human resources background to provide a top-notch employee experience. The HR Operations Manager finds ways to enhance our people systems.

Responsibilities:

HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ADP), HR PROCESS & VENDOR MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee the administration of the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Build, Track, analyze, and communicate key success metrics as they relate human resource programs & operations

  • Administer vendor relationships with various HR, LOA and Benefit companies

  • Manage data analytics and reports to support HR strategies and initiatives

  • Document, Analyze and improve HR processes, workflows, and system capabilities to support strategic initiatives and business objectives

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policy

  • Maintain data privacy and security policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

  • Build a central repository for all HR related documents and processes.

RECRUITMENT & CONTINGENT LABOR

  • Develop effective recruitment and hiring strategies for Boston Mutual

  • Full Life Cycle recruitment for all Exempt positions

  • Sourcer/Headhunter for hard to fill positions

  • Develop and maintain a companywide Contingent Labor Program.

POLICY IMPLEMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE

  • Perform an annual audit of our Employee Handbook

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as needed

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Be the first point of contact for any workplace injury reporting with Chubb

  • Manage OSHA requirements and compliance

  • Coordinate with managers after a workplace injury occurs

  • Responsible for leading all emergency evacuation procedures

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Manage the annual performance management systems

  • Ensure proper documentation and storage of employee performance-related content

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of human resources management and/or business administration experience.

  • Confident using HRIS system (ADP or similar)

  • Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience

  • Solid knowledge of Federal and local State Employment laws to include (but not limited to) ADA, FMLA, OSHA, FLSA, EEOC

  • Clear communicator with proven track record of managing the full employee lifecycle

  • Experience managing an annual performance review program

  • Experience managing administrative end of technology systems

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines
