    Job Description

RECRUITING ASSOCIATE, Sloan School of Management-Career Development Office (CDO)-Employer Relations Recruiting Team, to assist the recruiting program--in conjunction with the senior associate director of recruiting operations and other members of the Employer Relations and Recruiting team--by providing administrative, logistical, and operational support and by managing the logistics involved in employers' campus recruiting and career services program visits. Responsibilities include providing employer relations and operations assistance, event planning, working on ad hoc requests and projects as needed, advising students, and performing other duties as assigned. Job Requirements

REQUIRED : high school diploma or its equivalent; at least five years of administrative, office, or professional work experience; excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, customer service, and written and oral communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; self-motivation; keen attention to detail; and computer and web/database proficiency.
