The Digital Rotational Program is looking for recent college graduates to join our fast-paced organization and contribute to the innovative culture we strive to maintain. The Rotational Programgives college graduates the opportunity to rotate through various technical roles every 6 months for a period of 24 months, acquiring essential skills and knowledge along theway. The mission of this program is to accelerate the development of knowledge and skills through experiences within Pfizer Digitaltofind the best fit for the individual and theorganization, as well as find new and innovative ways to deliver quality Digital solutions to Pfizer.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of this role will vary depending on each rotation. Rotations are assigned based on organizational need and the colleagues' skills and development plan. Rotational colleaguescanpursue roles that are more technical and/or general in nature to build a variety of skills and knowledge. Below are descriptions and examples of the types of roles you may havethroughout your time in the program:

Technical Roles

Technically oriented roles focus on developing skills such as Software Engineering,Technical Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Data Analytics. Technical languages, systems, and software used in this type of role can include, but is not limited to: Java, Python, AWS, Agile, Power BI, and Tableau. Our teams use cutting edgenext generation technologies and analytics to develop systems, algorithms, and serviceswhich provide pharmaceutical therapies that improve patients' lives. Roles within this areaare suitable for candidates with a strong technical background.

General Roles

The general roles focus on developing skills to interface with clients and deliver value in ITprojects and initiatives. These are most suitable for candidates pursuing Business Management,Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Communications, and other non-technical degrees. Sample roles/responsibilities under this type of role may include, but is not limited to, client engagement/experience, project management, process mapping, fintech, and risk management.

Rotational positions are available across various Global Digital organizations such asArtificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, Biopharma, Client Experience, Digital Research & Development, Digital Strategy, etc....

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Communications, or equivalent degree preferred

  • Minimum GPA 3.0

  • No more than 2 years full-time continuous work experience in a business/corporate environment

WORK AUTHORIZATION

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $54,700.00 to $91,100.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.   • The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $49,200.00 to $82,000.00.

Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
