POSITION: Commercial Credit Coordinator

The Commercial Credit Coordinator provides administrative support for the Commercial Lending areas of the Bank, including Credit Administration’s pipeline management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance efforts, processing of all approved loan requests, and the creation and ongoing maintenance of financial reporting ticklers.

Key Result Areas:

  • Responsible for the review of all critical fields within the loan approval document and the completion of required due diligence - including OFAC inquiries, flood determinations, CAIVRS inquiries, tax transcripts request, etc.

  • Responsible for processing all required commercial workflows and service requests for approved loan requests via electronic credit file application; including but not limited to new loans, modifications/renewals/extensions, annual loan reviews, risk rating changes, etc.

  • Responsible for updating, monitoring and maintaining various Credit Administration pipelines and generating and publishing pipeline reports as necessary.

  • Responsible for the uploading of documents to the electronic credit file in reference to commercial credit/relationship files; including but not limited to final appraisal reports as well as all related appraisal documents, and all supporting documentation utilized in the underwriting process of all loan requests.

  • Responsible for submission of all department invoices to appropriate departments in a timely manner.

  • Assist with the preparation of weekly and quarterly Committee meetings, corresponding submissions and minutes. Responsible for processing all assigned transactions within the electronic credit application after the meetings.

  • Assist with the collection of ongoing vendor due diligence documents, and the maintenance of the Vendor Management Program and corresponding platform.

  • Provide Sageworks input, maintenance, support as well as the generation of various reports from application with primary focus on financial reporting tracking

  • Provide support to the department as needed in the use, maintenance, storage, retrieval and reporting of information in and from Nautilus, Sageworks, Salesforce, DNA/Fiserv, and other critical systems.

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various departments, internal/external customers, and various third-party vendors (appraisers, attorneys, etc.)

  • Adhere to relevant compliance policies and procedures pertaining to this position including, but not limited to Reg B, OFAC, Flood Hazard Determination.

  • Perform additional duties as required.

    Qualifications:

  • High school education plus 2 years of professional office environment experience and administrative experience

  • Strong technical skills including MS Office applications and proven ability to assimilate new software applications. DNA, Salesforce, Nautilus, or equivalent imaging system and Sageworks experience also beneficial.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet critical deadlines.

  • Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly to changes and work effectively and independently to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with other divisions of the Bank.
