    Job Description

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF EXECUTIVE PROGRAMS, Sloan School of Management-Executive Education, to be responsible for delivering a mixed portfolio of Executive Education programs by leading logistics planning and helping develop the program design and content. Will run a selection of established programs and manage planning milestones for on-site and digital deliveries; collect program information and materials for their timely publishing and distribution via print, email, and web; identify and supervise vendors (e.g., hotel, catering, AV, printing, etc.); work with faculty to manage program content and design updates, with support from program director; create and close out budgets; review financial performance; and advise participants on program selection in the open enrollment portfolio, discussing certificate track options, discounts, etc. For more complex custom engagements, will work with a program director to manage client relationships; design program content; and track educational outcomes, participant feedback, and financial performance. Will assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: B.A. or B.S.; at least five years of work experience; demonstrated interest in program content; ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with Institute faculty, clients, and participants; strong interpersonal and communication skills; and ability to work in a sometimes stressful environment. PREFERRED: advanced degree and familiarity with MIT Sloan and/or Executive Education.
