Repair, calibrate, install and perform preventive maintenance on a variety of complex medical instruments. Provide customer support in the management of clinical technology for multiple clients.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate’s degree in in biomedical technology or electronics and one to three years related experience required. Effective communication, customer service and computer skills required. Valid driver’s license and driver’s check required. Successful completion of a background check required. Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Specific physical requirements may apply based on job functions.
Certification as a Biomedical Equipment Technician desirable.
Special Conditions Occasional overtime/weekend hours required, External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, Travel to and from worksites required
Hiring Min (Represents full-time (12 months, 1.0 FTE) equivalent salary. Must be prorated for jobs less than 12 months or 1.0FTE (Salary/12 x # of months x FTE)) 36500.00
