Summary Description:

We’re looking for a Program Leader to set the direction for programs and initiatives as well as a dynamic facilitator to develop and deliver formal core curriculum courses. Join our Leadership & Learning team to drive value-added offerings to our workforce with innovative and exciting interactive content.


  • Partners with other system entities, external vendors on developing base, foundation core learning curriculum for all employees.

  • Will coordinate and facilitate New Leader Orientation, including content updates, innovative solutions, follow-up, in-takes, regular improvements to content.

  • Make linkages to overall system competency model.

  • Leverages instructional design expertise.

  • Drives collaborative learning and leverages on the job work content in the teaching curriculum

  • Assesses needs each year, drives focus on building a common core of curriculum that serve of pre-requisites for other advanced programs.

  • Uses advanced facilitation skills to be the face of multiple learning programs on an ongoing basis throughout the system.

  • Ensures cross-entity learning, best practice sharing and networking occurs.

  • Able to develop engaging and interactive content, leveraging best practice materials on a wide variety of learning themes.

  • Conducts annual needs assessment.

  • Demonstrates high attention to detail

  • Active listener

  • Lead a small team of learning and development consultants/specialists

  • Facilitates end-to-end leadership development programs across the system.

  • Develops core curriculum and other programs as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, English, HR, or Marketing. Master’s preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years in developing content and curriculum in a corporate or academic setting.

  • Advanced facilitation skills both online and in-person

  • Comfortable being in front of people… facilitates learning.

  • Prior experience in instructional design and e-learning capabilities

  • Strategic planning, event planning, and project management

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
