Position Summary

The VP, Financial Solutions & Innovation is responsible for strategy, development, delivery for two different sectors. The first sector is focused in the Pharmacy Services Segment financials services that includes Networking, Underwriting, Trade, Pricing, Pharmaceutical contracting and purchasing. Second being enterprise focused through and the Enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team to support and drive RPA services where appropriate to drive and deliver measurable benefits.

The enterprise role is accountable for the strategy of the Robotic Process Automation team provide the product expertise, infrastructure and vendor management support for several platforms, with our primary technologies being UiPath and Automation Anywhere. The platforms support the development of “robots” that can emulate human actions on systems through User Interfaces or directly process transactions through program interfaces such as Application Program Interfaces and Stored Procedures. These robots save the business time and decrease processing time due to the potential to be scaled so that multiple bots can work a process simultaneously. The team supports both full service development with an in-house team who works with business partners as well as federated teams who directly utilize the development tools to create their own automations.

The PSS IT responsibilities include the transformation the overall design, architecture, and integration of all processes and systems within our broader PSS financial ecosystem to eliminate manual/inefficient processes and replace with well-designed technology solutions. In partnership with their counterpart of the Finance executive leadership team, this role has joint ownership of 20% of PSS capital and 66% of EBIT and includes application and data flow ownership for the following key areas:• Underwriting/Client Contracting• Trade/Trade Finance• Finance/FP&A• Rebates Operations

The leader would also be the DDAT value pool owner and collaborate and partner with the Financial Value Management value pool to assess and support the key objective of the value pool. This includes the following:

• Manage the vision and scope of the financial value management value pool• Define and manage the objective and key results• Secure funding and making decisions about investments• Establish governance process

• Partner with the key stakeholders to ensure value realization

Required Qualifications

• 15+ Years of leadership experience in complex, matrixed organization spanning technical, leadership and product management disciplines

• Experience in managing a large and diverse team to deliver business value through technology and innovation• Strategizing, defining and driving the implementation of the leading edge technology• Fiscal Management of capital and operating expense budgets• Partnering across the organization, influencing and leading enterprise initiatives to find solutions that simplify healthcare for members and clients

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, to convey complex information understandably to a wide variety of audiences including executives and clients.
