Position Summary

Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role: Sr. Manager, Digital Product Management to analyze and coordinate the schedule, teams, and technical resources for assigned products. The Sr. Product Manager is a critical position responsible for driving the success of key initiatives for the PBM/Enterprise Product Innovation. The ideal candidate has experience and interest in digital health, marketing, commercialization of healthcare products, and partnership experience. They will be skilled with the ability to implement and manage effective, scalable, and measurable point solutions that meet the requirements of our stakeholders while continuously making process improvements. Implementing actionable plans, managing multiple projects/products, and reporting progresses, results and risks will be daily functions of the role. Candidate should also have the ability to prioritize work items and work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sr. Technical Product manager, you will make a huge impact on our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a lead role in creating our product roadmap and defining our product practice to deliver transformational value across lines of business, including the delivery of automation and intelligent recommendations to drive more efficient and effective product outcomes. You will be responsible for roadmap development, product requirements management, stakeholder and customer engagement, leadership reviews, user testing, and launch strategy and execution. Primary responsibilities:

  • Identify the customer need and the business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill

  • Develop product strategy, define and manage multi-year product roadmap

  • Determine and prioritize feature enhancements including soliciting feedback from internal and external stakeholders, translate requirements into features, write user stories and acceptance criteria, write behavior-based testing scenarios and other product owner responsibilities

  • Manage technical build against business requirements. Contribute to and influence technical decisions with engineering

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, IT, operations and Vendors regarding the feature backlog.

  • Steer a high-performing product line and driving cross-functional operational excellence and successful execution

  • Serve as liaison between business, technology, and other partner teams

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage tasks, tools, relationships in every phase of development, from product planning through launch and beyond

  • Lead document development describing data model approaches for new or existing functionality for leadership reviews

  • Communicate product management strategy to internal staff and clients; communicate product features and fundamental components to the organization that reflects the product, and respond to the needs of various ‘stakeholders’ (i.e., employees, business customer etc)

  • Establish KPIs, identify gaps, and improve performance and adoption of the platform

  • Deep dive problems or opportunity areas and propose solutions to address

Required Qualifications - 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Cloud technologies: GCP is preferred;

  • Traditional relational data warehouse technologies: Oracle, Teradata, or DB2;

  • Business Intelligence reporting using Tableau or ThoughtSpot;

  • Scheduler and orchestration tools: TIDAL and airflow

  • Providing domain support for Healthcare, Mail pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), and other providers to facilitate dataflow across applications.

  • Agile Scrum methodologies or other commonly used tools

​- 5+ years in Data Engineering

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, owning and driving end-to-end product requirements

  • Prior experience working across functional/organizational boundaries -

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools

  • Ability to problem solve, identify issues and manage through self-reliance to solution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience coordinating complex products with stringent technical requirements, development cycles and schedules- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products- Experience with end to end product delivery- Comfort with ambiguity; demonstrated track record of independently developing creative solutions to problems- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, drive technical architecture choices, manage tradeoffs

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

Advance degree is preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$124,372.50 - $247,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
