This work is generally of a temporary nature and requires specialized experience or expertise. CONTRACT TITLE Non-Teaching Adjunct FLSA Non-exempt CAMPUS SPECIFIC INFORMATION Student Psychological Counselors (Non-Teaching Adjuncts) will be recruited to provide additional mental health services to Lehman students. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree required. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS A Doctoral degree in Psychology to include Ph.D. and Psy.D. programs OR A Master's degree in an appropriate discipline for personal or psychological counseling and a New York State license as a mental health practitioner (social work, psychology, or mental health counseling) Preferred Qualifications: Experience and knowledge of student development and higher education systems Excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge of Windows based programs and other computer programs COMPENSATION $47.42 -$51.32 per hour. The hours are not to exceed 225 hours a semester. BENEFITS CUNY offers a comprehensive benefits package to employees and eligible dependents based on job title and classification.
