The Office of Enrollment Communications and Technology at Lehman College is seeking an Enrollment Analytics Specialist (HEa). This position plays a critical role in analyzing and reporting on enrollment trends and student success outcomes to support the College?s strategic enrollment and retention efforts. The Enrollment Analytics Specialist will gather, interpret, and present data that will help drive decision-making, optimize recruitment strategies, and identify key opportunities to improve student retention and graduation rates. The incumbent will have the ability to think strategically and creatively. Additionally, the incumbent will collaborate across Enrollment Management departments to develop reports to support recruitment, enrollment, retention, and student success initiatives. The Enrollment Analytics Specialist will focus on data collection, analysis, and reporting related to enrollment trends and student success outcomes. The Analytics Specialist insights will guide decision-making, support recruitment strategies, and highlight areas for intervention to improve retention and completion rates. Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: ? Collect, analyze, and interpret enrollment data to identify trends and forecast future needs. ? Provide insights and recommendations to inform recruitment, retention, and completion strategies. ? Develop and produce detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to enrollment, retention, student success, and other metrics as needed. ? Collaborate with the CRM Manager and EAB Navigate Admin to ensure student and enrollment data is integrated into institutional planning and outreach efforts. ? Work closely with academic departments, enrollment services, and college leadership to provide datadriven recommendations that support student success and institutional goals. ? Monitor and report on data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all enrollment-related databases and reporting tools. ? Develop visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to communicate data insights to internal stakeholders effectively. ? Support ongoing student outreach and enrollment campaigns with targeted data and analysis. ? Assist with enrollment projections, retention forecasts, and other predictive analytics efforts. ? Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training sessions as required. ? Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or senior leadership. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree and four years' related experience required. Bachelor?s degree (preferred in data analytics, statistics, information technology, or a related field). OTHER / PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or other relevant software. Experience working with EAB Navigate360 CRM (or similar), PeopleSoft or similar enterprise student information systems (SIS) is highly desirable. Knowledge of enrollment management principles, student success metrics, and retention strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-starter with a positive approach to collaborating with the enrollment team. Literacy of Mac and or Windows operating systems, including mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of databases. CUNY TITLE OVERVIEW Administers enrollment processes and related functions. Analyzes and interprets quantitative and qualitative student enrollment data to prepare reports for management. Recommends and implements improvements to existing technical systems and office operations. Serves as resource reference to interpret and comply with University and College enrollment policies. Prepares and reviews student communication materials. May coordinate aspects of student entry from point of allocation to include orientation, advisement, and collection of admitted student documents.
