ERT Project Assurance Representative in Bristol, Pennsylvania

ERT seeks a Project Assurance Rep to join us in our Bristol, PA Logistics facility. In this role, you will provide ongoing support in the operational areas of equipment handling, equipment maintenance and inventory management with technical devices. You will also maintain equipment, arrange equipment recalls, and provide supplies of material to sites, as well as managing document storage and retrieval of archive material.

In this role, you will handle the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Equipment Provisioning - Complete the provisioning procedures for devices that are to be used at clinical sites in active or new trials.

  • Quality Control - Ensure a high level of accuracy is maintained with all Logistics production work and end products.

  • Data Entry - Complete the input of Logistics equipment and supply inventory-related movements along with other associated tracking data.

  • Inventory – Ensure Logistics inventory areas are stocked and organized. Maintain inventory levels to ensure the correct levels of supplies are available.

  • Metrics - Responsible for accurate entry of metrics on a daily basis.

  • Cross Training for other duties when applicable.

Our ideal candidate will offer:

  • A two year degree desired in the US or at least 1 year work experience in a logistics environment.

  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Must be accurate with attention to detail.

  • Good presentation skills and professional approach.

  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience of working with databases.

  • Flexible, dependable and the ability to manage workload within client deadlines.

  • Ability to lift and pack equipment weighing up to 50lb or 20kgs.

  • Ability to travel if required.
